Joseph Branciforte (b. 1985) is a musician, producer, designer, and Grammy award-winning recording engineer based out of New York. He is the founder of the Greyfade record label. His recent albums include two duo recordings with vocalist Theo Bleckmann—LP1 and LP2—featuring Branciforte on Fender Rhodes and electronics, Taylor Deupree's Sti.ll, which he arranged, produced, and featuring his performance on vibraphone, and guitarist Ben Monder's three-disc Planetarium,  which he produced, engineered, and featuring his performance on drums. In 2019, Branciforte founded the Greyfade record label to bring his diverse creative interests together, presenting work from artists exploring process-based composition, electronic and acoustic minimalism, and alternative tuning systems. He works out of Greyfade Studio, his recording, mixing, and mastering space just north of New York City.
