dependent/variable
A spatial sound installation built from distributed computing modules and small loudspeakers. As visitors move through overlapping sound fields, they encounter fragments of dialogue between modules—alignments that emerge, dissolve, and reform in endless variation. Drawing its title from mathematics, the work treats each element (modules & visitors alike) as a dependent variable, shaped by all others in the system.
